I'm taking it slow, I only ran for 2 minutes at a time and then walked for 2 minutes.  My right shin began to hurt after the first 90 seconds or so, but I adjusted my stride and was ok by the end. I hate that journey to the 33rd floor when the car is full, stopping at almost every floor as my stomach goes up and down up and down.  What a way to make you puke in the morning.
